Meet Ponmani Mukunthan – Co-Founder of Dental Matrix

Ponmani Mukunthan is the co‑founder of Dental Matrix and a driving force behind its professional growth. She has established the company’s financial ethics and set clear standards for office and sales staff etiquette, creating a consistent, high‑performance culture. A hands‑on leader and mentor, Ponmani actively encourages every employee to excel in their roles and uphold the organization’s values, contributing to strong operational discipline and sustained business development.

Meet Elizabeth Rani J – Accounts & Tax Officer

Elizabeth Rani J, Commerce Graduate, has been recognised for her exemplary service and dedication to Dental Matrix over the past seven years. As one of the senior-most members of our organization, Elizabeth has consistently demonstrated professionalism, ownership, and operational excellence.

She has been instrumental in establishing a robust system for updating market outstandings in account statements with clear aging, significantly improving our receivables visibility and control. Elizabeth has also been actively involved in the sales verification process and periodic audits, and has been coordinating effectively with our auditing firm to ensure accurate and timely GST filings.

Elizabeth manages the company's accounting and taxation processes with accuracy and dedication. She is responsible for bookkeeping, GST and income tax compliance, TDS filings, preparing financial statements, performing reconciliations, and coordinating with financial institutions and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Meet Saira P – Finance Executive

Saira holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and has been with Dental Matrix for four years. She established the company’s Expense Control function, rigorously monitoring all expenditures and providing timely reports to the CFO and CEO. Saira manages invoicing end to end—including GST-compliant invoices—and oversees bank statement reconciliations. She plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate monthly P&L, strengthening financial discipline and decision-making across the organization.

Saira oversees day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, expense control, cash handling, petty cash management, and tracking receipts and payments. She helps maintain accurate financial records and supports the efficient functioning of the finance department.

Meet Bindu B – Business Development & Commercial Executive

Bindu is a Commerce graduate with a secretarial background and seven years of experience at Dental Matrix. She played a key role in building a comprehensive database of Orthodontists across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, strengthening market coverage and outreach. She oversees monthly sales monitoring and prepares P&L statements, providing actionable insights that inform the company’s marketing strategies. Bindu also serves as a liaison with the parent company, ensuring timely and accurate submission of operational and financial data.

Bindu is responsible for driving business growth through marketing and customer relationship management. She oversees commercial activities, manages profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, and focuses on increasing revenue and profitability while building strong customer relationships.

Meet Rasheeda V – Accounts Receivable & Customer Relationship Executive

Rasheeda, a Commerce professional, has been with Dental Matrix for Four years. She leads Accounts Receivable, diligently tracking customer purchases and ensuring on‑time collections, which enables the company to maintain timely vendor payments and healthy cash flow. She also manages OPS (Other Products Sales) across orthodontic accessories through the established sales team, strengthening revenue streams and operational coordination within the finance function.

Rasheeda manages accounts receivable by following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections. She also maintains strong customer relationships and identifies opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.

Meet Nandhini L – Inventory Control Executive

Nandhini Lamani holds a Master’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Taxation and joined Dental Matrix in 2026. Entrusted with Inventory Management, she has introduced a robust, end‑to‑end framework for stock movement and outflow that curbs excess inventory and improves working capital efficiency. Nandhini’s controls enhance demand visibility, reduce holding costs, and ensure the right products are available at the right time, strengthening overall supply chain performance.

Nandhini oversees inventory management by monitoring stock levels across branches, identifying dead stock, performing stock reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of accounting statements. She helps ensure inventory is managed efficiently and accurately.

Meet Lalitha N – Supply Chain Coordinator

Lalitha N has been with Dental Matrix for five years. Beginning as an Office Assistant, she has developed strong technical expertise in orthodontic materials and now handles diverse prescriptions for assembling customized kits. Lalitha has established rigorous standards for labeling and packing and plays a vital role across the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on‑time fulfillment.

Lalitha coordinates supply chain operations by managing standard and customized packing, preparing customer orders, and planning and executing dispatches. She plays an important role in ensuring products are delivered efficiently and on time.

Meet S. Thulasiram – Regional Sales Executive

S. Thulasiram has been an integral part of Dental Matrix since 2023. With a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering, he possesses an excellent understanding of the biomechanics of orthodontic tooth movement, enabling him to effectively demonstrate the clinical advantages of the Damon™ System.

Popularly known as "Ram" among orthodontists and orthodontic postgraduate students, Thulasiram has played a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of the Damon™ System across Karnataka and Goa. His technical knowledge, customer-centric approach, and commitment to building long-term professional relationships have earned him the trust and respect of the orthodontic community.

Through his dedicated efforts, Thulasiram has significantly contributed to Dental Matrix's growth in these regions, making Karnataka and Goa strong and successful markets for the company.

Meet S. Sudhakar – Regional Sales Executive

S. Sudhakar has been with Dental Matrix since 2023. With an engineering background, he brings a deep understanding of the biomechanics of tooth movement in orthodontics, with particular expertise in the Damon™ System.

Widely known as "Sudha" among orthodontists and orthodontic postgraduates, he has been instrumental in establishing the Damon™ System across Tamil Nadu.

Sudhakar currently leads the region as a key profit center for Dental Matrix, driving adoption, clinician education, and sustained growth.

Meet Manjunath M – Sales Executive

Manjunath M joined Dental Matrix in mid-2025 as a member of the Sales Team. With a commerce background and a strong willingness to learn, he quickly acquired a solid foundation in orthodontic science. Within just six months, he developed comprehensive knowledge of the Damon™ System and the complete range of orthodontic materials, enabling him to confidently interact with orthodontists and provide effective product support.

Manjunath is headquartered in Bangalore and is responsible for covering the entire city. He regularly visits practicing orthodontists and the Departments of Orthodontics in dental colleges across Bangalore, building strong professional relationships and ensuring prompt support for customers.

Meet Chandan – Sales Executive

Chandan joined Dental Matrix in late 2025 as a member of the Sales Team. With a Master's degree in Bio-Chemistry, he brings a strong scientific background and analytical approach to his role. He quickly mastered the fundamentals of orthodontic science and, within just six months, developed comprehensive knowledge of the Damon™ System and the complete range of orthodontic materials, enabling him to confidently support orthodontists with product-related discussions.

Chandan is headquartered in Bangalore and is responsible for covering the entire city. He regularly visits practicing orthodontists and the Departments of Orthodontics in dental colleges across Bangalore, building strong professional relationships and ensuring timely support for customers.

Immanuel Gideon joined Dental Matrix in Dec 2025 as a member of the Sales Team. With a commerce background, he quickly adapted to the specialized field of orthodontics by developing a strong understanding of the fundamentals of Orthodontic science.

Meet Ajith P – Sales Executive

Ajith P joined Dental Matrix in Dec 2025 to the sales team. In just seven months, he has mastered the fundamentals of orthodontic science and can confidently discuss the Damon™ System and a full range of orthodontic materials.

Ajith is a quick learner and a dedicated professional. He travels extensively across Chennai, meeting practicing orthodontists and visiting Departments of Orthodontics at dental colleges in and around the city.

Meet Sanjay Kumar – Sales Executive

Sanjay Kumar joined Dental Matrix in early 2026 as a member of the Sales Team. With a commerce background and a keen interest in learning, he quickly developed a strong understanding of orthodontic science.
